A fully catered, residential meditation retreat

This weekend retreat is a perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and
gain experience of meditation. Kelsang Lobon, alongside Kelsang
Loten from Shantideva centre in Reading, will be guiding meditations
suitable for all levels of experience. The retreat will be held at Tara
Buddhist meditation centre in Derbyshire – a beautiful and idyllic
place to quieten the mind, deepen our meditation, and leave the
cares of our daily lives behind. The retreat will start with supper on
Friday evening at 6:30pm and finish after lunch on Sunday.
