Kelsang Delam, Buddhist nun ordained in 2005,is the teacher in Dudley.Currently studying on the Foundation Programme at Jangchub Ling - her clear understanding of Buddhas teachings and deep experience of Meditation make these sessions inspiring and enjoyable.


FURTHER INFORMATION
You are welcome to attend every class in the course or term, or you can just drop-in when you can. Each class is self contained, suitable for those who have never meditated before or for those with more experience.

Contemplations on impermance can inspiring us to use our life wisely

True freedom can be found deep within the mind if we apply continuous joyful effort

Making the first steps on our spiritual journey to permanent freedom
